Vacuum pump cooled by natural surrounding air. Built-in vacuum/pressure changeover valve, non-return valve, oil tank and pump for forced or automatic lubrication. Swivelling inlet/outlet manifolds are included in the assembly. Drive is available at 540/1000 (with reduction gearbox) and 1300 rpm (direct). A special version for pressure only, is also available (this is commonly used as compressor to empty the big irrigation hose reels before transportation).
This pump - line has been developed for an intermittent use on agricultural tankers.

PNE/R series
Vacuum pump, sliding vanes type, cooled by natural/surrounding air for the PNE version, and with the addition of an air injection system for the PNR version (granting better cooling performances on heavy duty operation). Built in vacuum/pressure changeover valve, non-return valve, an oil tank and a pump for automatic lubrication; swivelling inlet/outlet manifolds are included in the assembly. Drive is available at 540 (with reduction gearbox) and 1200 rpm (direct).
This pump - line has been developed for an intermittent use on agricultural tankers and sewer cleaning equipments.

LC series [ News ]
Vacuum pump with water cooled housing and air cooled end plates. This particular configuration and the hollow-core rotor construction allows to keep the weight of the pump attractively low and at the same time a very compact overall shape. Equipped with an oil tank (side mounted) and pump for automatic lubrication, the LC series includes also the 4-ways valve and check valve. The air filter is available on request and can be bolted directly onto the pump manifold by means of an aluminium connection. This pump is available with a direct drive system at 1300rpm, or with speed reduction gearbox for agricultural applications with PTO drive at 540 or 1000 rpm. Available also with hydraulic drive. Maximum vacuum rate 92%. Suitable i.e. recommended for continuous duty if limited at 85% vacuum rate. This pump is designed for sewer cleaning (truck mounted) equipments, for stationary industrial plants and for slurry tankers (mounted on agricultural trailers). PR series
Water cooled vacuum pump, equipped with an oil tank and pump for automatic lubrication. This pump is available with a direct drive system, only and can be run from 900 to 1200 rpm, depending of the model. Available also with hydraulic drive. Maximum vacuum rate 95%. Suitable i.e. recommended for continuous duty even at high vacuum levels. Low noise level on all models. This pump is designed for stationary industrial plants or for sewer cleaning, truck mounted, equipment. A wide range of accessories are available for the vacuum line, like for example vacuum/pressure changeover valve, non-return valve, air suction filter, aluminium manifolds, primary and secondary shutoffs (mild steel or stainless steel), etc. All these components are recommended for a safe use of the pump, avoiding accidental liquid/solids infiltration into the pump itself.
