TRONIC is a computerized system, applied to the Vac-Jet combined units, for controlling the common sucking/cleaning operations. This system is patented and revolutionary, because a P.L.C. unit automatically adjusts the pumps and engine speeds according to the needs at hand.
This device makes easier the operator job and optimises the use of the machine.

TRONIC system is designed to make easier the operator job, optimising the functioning of the machine and avoiding every improper use.
Moreover, the main control unit keeps every accessories under control thanks to the continuously monitor / control of the various operations (from remote access as well, through a GSM mobile modem).

TRONIC system main advantages:
- Considerable fuel saving with a consequent reduction of pollutants, noise and lubricants emission in the atmosphere;
- Relevant vehicle and equipment maintenance reduction;
- The guarantee of operating the equipment correctly;
- Our technicians have the possibility of monitoring, giving support, service and software updates through a remote connection from our factory's facilities via the GSM modem installed in the TRONIC equipment.

DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE STANDARD UNIT AND THE ONE EQUIPPED WITH TRONIC SYSTEM
- In the conventional machine the ratio of the speeds between the engine and the pumps is fix. Therefore in case of a single-pump use the total machine efficiency is very low, because the power requested to drive 1 only pump is a half then the total power output given in that moment.
The total efficiency is very low also in case the operator needs the maximum performance from only one of the two pumps, because the other one will be driven at the same speed, with consequent useless power use, pumps wearing off, maximum noise emission from the machine (even if only a partial use should be needed).
- The TRONIC system is characterized by a special hydraulic transmission controlled by a logically-operated unit. This device keeps the engine rpm as low as possible to deliver exactly the power request at the moment from a single or multiple pump and/or powered unit. In other words every single speed of the engine, vacuum pump and water jetting pump are independent the one from another and appropriate to the instant need of the operator the job at hand in the best and most convenient possible way.
The results are the best possible efficiency under every condition, fuel consumption reduction, pollution reduction, time and expenses reduction to carry-out the same job, noise reduction in case of partial operation of the machine.
