The operating characteristics of this new vacuum pump is the result from the experience achieved in the field with the previous and successful model PVT400, where now this new model has a reduced air flow and consequently a lesser power intake.
The most interesting advantages of this type of pumps are the high vacuum rate (up to 28"Hg), the oil free operating system and the practically non existing maintenance / running costs.
The maximum air flow of the PVT200 is 760 cfm at 4500 rpm.

NEW VACUUM PUMPS MODELS AVAILABLE 11/07/2008 PN140 - PN155 Due to the more and more demanding needs of the market, our R&D department is always requested to develope new pumps models. This time the PN range has been implemented with two new models suitable for large-size agricultural tanks. We made the PN140 and the PN155 with respectively air flow of 13.850 lt/min and 15.200 lt/min. The PN155 is also available with improved air injection cooling (ballast port) and heavy duty vanes: this special execution is called "R" version. LC300 - LC420 From early 2008 we have also two new liquid cooled vacuum pumps models to offer, especially designed to meet the U.S.A. market demand. We made the LC300 and LC420 to replace and upgrade the P620R model, introducing new and improved solutions coming from the wide experience awarded in the field. The LC belongs to the PR series as effectiveness and reliability, but with a very competitive price even for the agricultural market. Available sizes, according to the air flow, are 8000 lt/min for the LC300 and 12000 lt/min for the LC420. OVERPRESSURE VALVE FOR LIQUID FLUIDS - VJ - 24/07/2007 We have developed a new solution for the correct installation and use of our VL liquid transfer pump. The VJ valve can be mounted on the delivery line of the VL pump, to limit its operating pressure range between 2 and 5 bar. In this way the pump will always work in a safer way for the seals and rotating lobes, because the valve always keeps the pump running inside its operating limits. NEW ROTARY LOBE VACUUM PUMP MOD. PVT1000 22/01/2007 The PVT range as been completed with a new model of rotary lobes pump for high vacuum rates (over 90%), with an air flow of 100.000 lt/min. The maximum rotation speed is 2600 to keep low the noise emissions and optimize the pump reliability. Three are the available models with air flow of 22.000 lt/min, 40.000 lt/min and 100.000 lt/min, in order to cover a wider applications range.
