The ADR equipments combine dangerous
liquid waste suction/transportation and cleaning by means of high pressure
water.
The tank in this kind of units can be a multi-compartment or variable
volume compartments through a pneumatic moving partition; this is could
be used for the separate collection of chemically incompatible materials.
Operating diagram
The moving partition system offers several advantages:
1. The possibility to modify the waste/water
compartments volumes, so than the operator can start the job with the
water compartment as big as possible, and reduce it according to the waste
quantity that he needs sucking into the other side of the moving partition.
2. This device helps the operator
when discharging the waste from the tank, because it can be used to push
the collected waste out of the tank.
3. The possibility to collect different
materials separately into variable volume compartments.
