Swivelling hose reel
Hose reels, swivelling type (180deg.), with hydraulic operated rotation and reel made of mild steel or st.steel.

Extra large swivelling hose reel with lateral movement
Hose reel, swivelling type (180deg.), with hydraulic operated rotation and extra large hose-reel.
Fitted with automatic hose guide , lateral movement, rotation, swivelling and winch for "lids-lifting" all operated by hydraulics.
Dimensioned for the following hose sizes:
--1" up to 260mt
--1"1/4 up to 200mt.
The winch is complete with 15mt cable and allows a maximum lifting of 500kg.
The lateral movement has a stroke of about 5.200 mm.

Side mounting hose reel
Hose reel for side mounting, with aluminium alloy reel and mild steel mounting bracket.
Dimensioned for the following hose sizes:
--1/2" up to 140mt
--3/4" up to 80mt

Fixed mounting rear hose reel
Hose reel for rear mounting (fixed position) made of mild steel or stainless steel upon request, complete with automatic hose guiding device.
Dimensioned for the following hose sizes:
--3/4" up to 280mt
--1" up to 180mt
--1" 1/4 up to 120mt
A smaller size version of the hose reel is also available, and it is dimensioned for mounting the following hose:
--3/4" up to 110mt
--1" up to 66mt.

Suction hose reel (tilting type)
Suction hose reel, tilting type, with stainless steel reel and galvanized mild steel structure.
Standard version dimensioned for hose sizes:
--DN80 up to 40 mt.
--DN100 up to 30mt.
Supplied complete with hydraulic cylinders and oil control valve (for manual operation).

Suction hose reel (top mounted type, with rotating arm)
Suction hose reel for mounting on the top of the vacuum tank, with stainless steel reel and mild steel structure. Complete with extensible (1300mm) and rotating (300deg.) arm.
All movements are hydraulic powered
Standard version dimensioned for mounting the following hose sizes:
--DN80 up to 35mt.
--DN100 up to 28mt
--DN120 up to 20mt.

Telescopic suction boom
Suction boom, mainly made of galvanized steel beams; fully hydraulic powered (raising, telescoping, rotating) with the following characteristics:
--Rotation: 300deg.
--Total raising: 2770mm
--Total lowering: 1420mm
Supplied with electro valves (12V or 24V) for oil control, 10 buttons pendant control panel c/w 6mt. cable length, welding manhole, no.2 joystick controls for mounting in the main control panel.
No. 4 models are available according the hose size: DN100, DN120, DN150, DN200.

Complete kit of hydraulic components for tank's rear door opening:

Vacuum line components
Wide range of components for the vacuum line, dimensioned for the pumps of our production.
--Primary shutoffs with floating ball valve made of st.steel
--Secondary shutoffs with floating ball made of st.steel
--Silencers c/w oil trap filter
--Heat exchangers air-water and air-oil, c/w electro fan coolers, suitable for liquid cooled vacuum pumps and for hydraulic drive systems.

4-way valves (Change-over valve)
4-way valves for vacuum/pressure lines, manually operated or pneumatic type. This special valve is necessary in connection with a vacuum pump to change from vacuum to pressure inside the tank, this to obtain a faster discharge of the sucked materials.
Available with cast iron cock (commonly used with sliding vanes type vacuum pumps) or BRONZE cock (recommended for lubrication-free type vacuum pumps like : liquid ring vacuum pumps and rotary lobes as well). A wide range of sizes is available, dimensioned for the following piping diameters: 2", 2"1/2, 3", 4", 6", 8".

Pre assembled pumps groups
Pre assembled pump groups, c/w vacuum pump, water jetting pump, drive flanges for cardan shafts SAE 1535 and 1410 (according to the power to be handled), intermediate drive group for vacuum pump pulley drive. This group is designed to be mounted together with a total power take off.

Front frame assembly groups
Pre assembled groups, for mounting behind the chassis' cab, customisable according to the specific pumps mounted on the equipment.
This assembly includes :
--Mounting bracket (crossing the whole chassis width) made of painted mild steel
--Oil tank made of painted mild steel and available in 3 different sizes: 60lt, 120lt, 150lt
--Tilting cylinder, telescopic type, available in 3 different sizes according to the tank dimension
--Silencer (for the vacuum pump) c/w oil trap, made of mild steel or st.steel upon request
--Air-water and/or air-oil heat exchangers, for a liquid cooled vacuum pump, and/or for the hydraulic circuit oil cooling.
--Oil control valve for the hydraulics, 3 functions type: tank tilting, rear door opening and rear door locking.
--Hydraulic pipes kit, for an easy connection to the chassis hydraulic lines.

Power take off
Total power take off 3000kgm (torque), c/w 2 air operated clutches (for driving 2 pumps), including mounting brackets and anti-vibration pads.
